Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Viva Jess does not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Viva Jess is a one-person business, so orders are usually shipped at the end of the week or on weekends. Please allow for 5-7 business days for shipping, depending on your order.

How long will I receive my order?

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Rush Shipping

If you need your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please contact vivajess16@gmail.com at least 2 days ahead to assist you placing the order.

Lost & Stolen Packages

If a package is lost, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please verify with your local post office if it was delivered to the correct address. Please note that Viva Jess cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

I accidentally placed the wrong address

If you accidentally placed the wrong shipping address, please contact us at vivajess16@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to correct the address before it is shipped out. However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to replace it. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase.
